The Dodge Viper (car sold as the Dodge SRT-10 in the United Kingdom) is a V10-powered sports car by Chrysler. Production of the two seat sports car began in 1992.
The car has made countless appearances in TV shows, video games, movies, and music videos.
In 2008, with the introduction of the 510 cu in (8.4 L) V10, the Viper produced 600 bhp (450 kW) at 6000 rpm, 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h): 3.5 sec with top speed: 202 mph (325 km/h).
On November 4, 2009, Dodge announced the Viper would end production in the summer of 2010. A new car will arrive in 2012 to replace the current Viper, but it is unknown whether the new car will have the Viper name.

The gasoline engine is fitted behind the rear axle. There are two addition electrically powered engines, one on each axle. This combination develops a maximum output of 300 kW (408 bhp). The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 4.03 seconds and reaches the top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
The concept car never materialized as a production car due to high costs involved.

The MC12 was developed to signal Maserati's return to racing after 37 years.
The MC12 is a two-door coupe with a targa top roof, although the detached roof cannot be stored in the car. The mid-rear layout (engine between the axles but behind the cabin) keeps the centre of gravity in the middle of the car, which increases stability and improves the car's cornering ability.
The MC12 sports a 232 kilogram (511 lb), six-litre (5,998 cc/366 cu in) Enzo Ferrari-derived V12 engine. The Maserati MC12 can accelerate from 0-100 kilometres per hour (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds. The power is fed to the wheels through a rear-mounted, six-speed semi-automatic transmission.
50 Maserati MC12 cars were produced for customers, each of which were pre-sold for 600,000 euros.
The Vector W8 was a sports car produced from 1989 to 1993.
It was manufactured by Vector Aeromotive, and designed by Gerald Wiegert and David Kostka. The company claimed the newest and most advanced aerospace materials were used in building the W8s.
The W8 had an estimated top speed of over 220 mph (354 km/h). The engine had twin turbochargers, which produced 625 bhp (466 kW) at 5700 rpm and 630 lb·ft (854 N·m) of torque.
A total of 22 automobiles produced. The car originally sold at retail for up to $455,000 USD new. In today's used car market they are available from $200,000 to well over $1 million depending on the condition of the car.

Isdera is a privately-run automaker in Germany.
Each high-performance sports car is hand-built by a small team of craftsmen. The only way to purchase an Isdera is to call the CEO directly. Each Isdera vehicle is custom built for its buyer, and a waiting period of six months is to be expected.
In 1993 Isdera designed the Commendatore 112i. The Commendatore weighed 1,450 kg (3,197 lb), could go 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds, and had a top speed of 342 km/h (213 mph). The car had a mid-mounted Mercedes-Benz 6.0 L V12 engine producing 402 hp (300 kW) and a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Commendatore had many advanced and unique features such as two sets of gull-wing doors, a velocity-sensitive electronic chassis that lowers the car at high speeds, and an automatic air brake. The 112i was featured in the video game Need for Speed II.
The car takes its name from the mythical Yamata no Orochi 8-headed Japanese dragon.
In October 2006, Mitsuoka officially launched the production version of the Orochi, now powered by the 3.3 litre 230 hp (172 kW) Toyota 3MZ-FE V6 engine.
Production will be limited to 400 units over the next four years at a price of around $106,600.

The Schuppan 962CR was a vehicle built in 1994 by Australian racecar driver Vern Schuppan.
