Two Stiff Papers (Front and Back Book Covers): Card Stock, Posterboard, Shirt Gift Box, Dad's (Or Any Big Feet) Shoe Boxes
Some Kind of String: Cool Shoelaces, Rexlace, Birthday Ribbon, Twine, Thin Boat Rope, Grandma's Yarn
Three-hole Paper Punch ($4 Office Depot)
Decorating Stuff: Stickers, Glitter Glue, Paint: Acrylic - Tempera - Finger, Markers, Colored Pencils, Crayons

Now...

Trim Stiff Papers to 8.5"x11", If Needed.
3-hole punch each stiff paper. Press Hard or Bash with Fist.
Pierce your coloring sheets 10-25 (do 3-4 at a time) with the 3-hole punch.
Decorate one or both stiff papers. Let dry if needed.
Place your coloring sheets between your book covers.
Thread and tie-off your string into the holes of your new colouring book.
